Parwiz’s practice is in construction litigation and claim support. Before joining Kraftson Caudle, Parwiz gained extensive experience in the legal field in various practice areas, including construction and commercial litigation and immigration law.
Parwiz focuses his practice on construction litigation, government contracts, commercial litigation, and claim support. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other businesses in a broad range of construction and commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, payment disputes, mechanics’ liens, delay and disruption claims, differing site conditions, and alternative dispute resolution.
Parwiz has experience preparing and prosecuting complex claims, managing matters through all phases of litigation, and developing practical, cost-effective strategies for resolving disputes. At Kraftson Caudle, he handles multi-million dollar claims involving public and private projects, including government contracts, transportation and infrastructure projects, commercial developments, and Department of Defense projects.
Before joining Kraftson Caudle, Parwiz developed a diverse legal background that included construction law, commercial litigation, and immigration law. He draws on that experience to understand his clients’ broader legal and business concerns and to pursue strategic solutions tailored to their objectives.
