Procedure provides a default contract claim procedure in the event a public body has not included such a procedure in the procurement contract. The bill also provides that a failure of a public body to render a final decision on a contractual claim shall be deemed a denial of the claim, for which the contractor would have the right to institute legal action. Technical amendments to the bill are also included. |
