Josh Raynes has experience in many aspects of large construction disputes from claim drafting through litigation. He has successfully provided the Firm’s clients with valuable results on complicated disputes arising from projects such as construction of: electrical transmission lines, highways, hydroelectric power plants and public waterworks. Whether for an owner or contractor, he is a tireless advocate and innovative thinker for his clients and their bottom lines.

Prior to his work with Kraftson Caudle, Josh worked on multinational and jurisdictional antitrust actions, which provides him a unique insight into the complexities of large commercial disputes. He thus provides considerable understanding and vision in such issues, especially as it pertains to e-discovery and document review. Josh has successfully negotiated with opposing counsel, vendors and clients to ensure successful, efficient and cost-effective discovery from start to finish.

Josh is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist through the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).

Josh received his law degree from William and Mary College of Law and his B.S. from Virginia Tech. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia.
